Would You Look At This Crazy Mother Fucker

Minnesota   A Minnesota man has pleaded guilty to driving his motorized La-Z-Boy chair while drunk.   A criminal complaint says 62-year-old Dennis LeRoy Anderson told police he left a bar in the northern Minnesota town of Proctor on his chair after drinking eight or nine beers.  Prosecutors say Anderson’s blood alcohol content was 0.29, more than three times the legal limit, when he crashed into a parked vehicle in August 2008. He was not seriously injured.  Police said the chair was powered by a converted lawnmower and had a stereo and cup holders.  Sixth Judicial District Judge Heather Sweetland stayed 180 days of jail time Monday and ordered two years of probation for Anderson. His attorney, David Keegan, did not immediately return a call for comment.

 

I completely agree with the judges’ decision in this case.  No chance can you give this guy any jail time, he’s obviously a hilarious dude and probably a little retarded and he needs to be on the outside entertaining the community.  No dickhole shutin builds a fucking lawnmower powered La-Z-Boy.  I’m also sure the cops knew all about him cruisin down to the bar on this thing, guy was probably doing it for years.  They had an understanding that he could booze it up and drive home as long as he didn’t hit anything, well what do you know hell froze over and he did.  So I think 2 years probation is right on the money.  This guy obviously lives from one hilarious moment to the next and those two years will fly right by.  Then Dennis will be roaring down the streets of Proctor once again, making the town folk laugh while the local cops just grin, because while Dennis may be semi-retarded, he’s their retard…and they love him.
