Holy Fucking Shit! FCC Cocksuckers Have A Loophole!

TMZ   For the second week in a row, “Saturday Night Live” has let one of the seven words you can’t say on television slide right on past the censors.  Lady Gaga‘s performance was the s**t — but she also belted out the “profane” four-letter word during the show, and it wasn’t bleeped on the East Coast.  But here’s the catch — neither SNL nor NBC will have to pay a single cent to the FCC for the S-bomb because it happened during a designated “safe harbor” time period.   According to the FCC website, “Indecent or profane speech that is broadcast between the hours of 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. is not actionable.”

Ok does every television station know about this?  That they can get away with anything for one third of the day?  Why the fuck don’t we have nudity and endless swearing on the networks after 10 every night if the FCC can’t do anything about it??  I feel like this is kind of a big deal.  Jay Leno could now start a “tits of the day” segment on his show, or the guys from CSI could start investigating murders in strip clubs.  If regular tv could start to look and sound more like HBO every night that would be great for everyone.  So I say embrace this rule tv networks, and lets make it worthwhile for me to stay up until 1 in the morning.

P.S.  Carlin died a little too early, he would have fucking loved this!
